At Litani Bathrooms, we strive to provide you with quality products and excellent customer service.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our
Returns and Exchanges Policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and
in the original packaging. It must also be accompanied by proof of purchase. Some items, such as
custom orders or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.
3. Timeframe for Returns
You have 7 working days from the date of purchase or receiving your order to initiate a return or
exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at

with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will guide you
through the return process.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an
error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If
approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original
method of payment within 5-7 working days.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you
through the process and ensure a smooth exchange.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to
replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.
